I sanded the alternator casings and shot them with a second coat of DP40LF epoxy primer.

More wetsanding!  All of the parts that will be painted silver or teal should be sanded to 600 grit (wet) before paint.  If they're not sanded there could be adhesion issues, if they're sanded too coarse you will see the scratches in the final finish.  It's crazy, but if there are 320grit scratches in the primer, they will be visible in the topcoat with metallic and pearl paints.

A/C pieces, alternator pieces, emissions control pieces... all ready for paint.  I also fixed the pinhole on the alternator case you can see in the first picture; there was a second one on the backside.
